Texas Hill Country Wineries’ (THCW) growth extends beyond winery members and Passport events. Recognizing the importance of fostering knowledge and expertise within the industry, the association has expanded its offerings to include a diverse range of industry education events. These events center around key aspects such as grape cultivation in the unique Texas climate, the art of winemaking, effective marketing strategies, and overall business development. By providing valuable resources and insights, THCW is dedicated to supporting Texas wineries throughout the state and empowering their continued success.

This highly anticipated event spans two immersive days, offering an array of engaging seminars, enlightening lectures, and thought-provoking panel discussions. With over 20 sessions meticulously curated across three dedicated tracks —Vineyard, Winery, and Business, —the Symposium provides a comprehensive exploration of various aspects of the wine industry through tastings, breakouts and workshops, as we focus on the theme:

As one of the premier gatherings of Texas wine industry professionals, the Symposium brings together winery owners, winemakers, growers, and key decision-makers from across the state for two days of education, networking, and collaboration. Join us in this unique opportunity to connect directly with the people shaping the future of Texas wine.

Each of our association wineries has its own personality, terroir and style of winemaking, yet they all share a commitment to quality, hospitality and a fervent passion for their craft. With over 60 unique and visually stunning wineries scattered throughout the Hill Country, there’s someplace new to explore around every bend and an exquisite glass of wine waiting for you through each door.

With a calendar brimming with engaging activities including THCW’s four signature Passport events, roadshow events and winemaker dinners, as well as weekly member winery events, there is always something going on in the Hill Country. Come enjoy food, wine, weekly live music, grape stomps, holiday events and so much more.
