12 FIRES Winery and Vineyard – Johnson City, TX
Situated in Johnson City, 12 FIRES Winery and Vineyard specializes in wines made from 100% Texas-grown grapes, with a focus on Rhône and Mediterranean varietals. The winery’s relaxed outdoor setting, complete with live music and food trucks on weekends, offers visitors an authentic Texas wine experience. Onsite glamping options are offered in the vineyard for a unique experience.
Adega Vinho Winery – Stonewall, TX
Adega Vinho, meaning "wine cellar" in Portuguese, brings a European winemaking tradition to the Texas Hill Country. The family-run winery produces premium, estate-grown wines with a focus on Portuguese and Mediterranean varietals such as Touriga Nacional, Tempranillo, and Vermentino. Located in Stonewall, Adega Vinho is dedicated to sustainable vineyard practices and authentic, handcrafted wines.
La Vie Estate Winery – Fredericksburg, TX
Located just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, La Vie Estate Winery invites guests to slow down and enjoy "the good life." With a vineyard, winery, and tasting room on site, La Vie produces wines from estate-grown grapes and other Texas vineyards. Michael Ros Winery – Hye, TX
Situated along the popular 290 Wine Trail, Michael Ros Winery is known for its small-lot, high-quality wines crafted from Texas-grown grapes. Pebble Rock Cellars – Johnson City, TX
Pebble Rock Cellars is a boutique winery located just outside Fredericksburg in Johnson City, offering an intimate tasting experience in a scenic Hill Country setting. Specializing in small-batch wines made exclusively from Texas grapes, Pebble Rock features varietals like Tannat, Tempranillo, and Roussanne. Their welcoming atmosphere makes visitors feel like part of the family.
Siboney Cellars – Johnson City, TX
Siboney Cellars (pronounced “See-boh-nay”) draws inspiration from Cuban heritage and Mediterranean varietals. Located just outside Johnson City, their estate winery and vineyard provide guests with breathtaking views and expertly crafted wines, including Tempranillo, Mourvèdre, and Viognier. Siboney’s owners, Barbara and Miguel Lecuona, have built a destination that celebrates both Texas terroir and hospitality.
