Use your Membership Code when purchasing THCW tickets throughout the year. This code will be emailed to you upon completing your purchase from THCW staff.

THCW is a non-profit wine industry trade association established in 1999 for wineries in the Hill Country to support and promote their businesses and Texas wine. Until now, membership has only been open to wineries, growers and supporting businesses. With an ever expanding industry and growing Texas wine audience, we invite you to become part of the family.

Do we need 2 memberships for a couple?
No, THCW Social Club memberships include the discount code that can be used on couples Passport tickets or multiple tickets for each THCW hosted event. All invitations to member only events or Industry Nights will be for the member +1 guest.
Which events are included for the member discount?
All 4 Passport events, couples or individual tickets: Wine Lovers Celebration, Wine & Wildflower Journey, Texas Wine Month Passport and Christmas Wine Affair.
All 4 Winemaker Dinners.
Both Hill Country Road Show Events.
Texas Wine Education Field Day.

I am giving this as a gift, can you change the name on the ticket?
Yes. When we contact you with member details you can let us know the recipient information to change membership to.
How do I receive my hat and discount code?
THCW staff will email you with your discount code to use for event ticket purchases. Your Drink Texas Wine hat will be mailed to the address you provide on your registration.
How long is my membership good for?
Memberships are annual, beginning January 1, 2025 and expiring on December 31, 2025.
Membership will NOT be pro-rated throughout the year.
Membership will NOT be automatically renewed, you will receive an email notice to renew if you wish.
THCW Social Club Terms + Disclosure
- Not all THCW member wineries participate in all THCW events.
- Your member discount code can only be used once for each event.
- Memberships are non-refundable after the first event of the year begins. Tickets are transferable, you may give them away as gifts.
- All sales will include tax and are subject to change.
- Valid ID is required to taste or purchase wines.
- Winery events are separate from THCW trail, additional fees may apply, please check with individual wineries for fees.
- Pets are not allowed at some wineries, please check with each winery before bringing your pet.
- For groups larger than 8, you MUST contact the wineries before your visit to let them know you are coming and when you will be arriving at least 24 hours in advance. Some wineries will NOT accept groups of more than 8 people.
- THCW Event tickets are meant for individual use, not for use in conjunction with a wine tour company who already has tasting prices set with individual Wineries for services rendered.
- Transportation is not provided with your event ticket.
- Be safe. Please have a Designated Driver for your winery trips.
