From intimate, winemaker-led experiences to thoughtfully curated culinary pairings, this multi-day event celebrates the artistry that happens both in the vineyard and in the kitchen. Meet the makers, taste wines at their source, and discover how every barrel, bite, and blend tells a story of Texas terroir. Total value $1,100+, average Experience cost $60/person - visit 3 wineries and your ticket has paid for itself!

Each order will include a custom barcode that serves as your Digital ticket. This barcode will be emailed to you upon completing your purchase and will be scanned at each participating winery you visit.

Experience: Join us for a one on one with winemaker, Anthony Mosley. He will walk you through the crafting of three fabulous wines, with perfectly paired bites. We will enjoy our latest release, the 2025 Viognier; our multiple award-winning Ranch Road Rosé; and our Double Gold, Top of Class winning Petit Verdot Library Wine. Sessions offered daily:

Experience: Join us at Longhorn Cellars for a behind the scenes experience with our winemaker, Alana Arnot. You will enjoy a welcome glass of our 2024 Vermentino as she takes you on a tour of our production facility, where you will have the opportunity to see the nuances of a boutique winery and learn what goes into every bottle. During the tour you will taste 3 vintages of Dolcetto. Our current release Dolcetto is 2022 from Wildseed Farms Vineyard in the TX Hill Country. Next you will have a barrel
tasting of our 2023 Dolcetto from Pepper Jack Vineyards in the TX High Plains. The final barrel sample is our 2024 Dolcetto from Wildseed Farms Vineyard, so you will get the chance to taste the differences from High Plains to Hill Country and 3 vintages. Barbara and Miguel have a great day in store for you. They selected 3 wines uniquely suited to reflect Barbara’s barrel cellar work, choices and regimen at Siboney. The culinary team will match them up with pleasure. Oysters and Barrel-Aged white; Lamb Meatballs served with Barbara’s beautiful Reds; and one of our famous Empanadas with a library vintage wine.
The B&B experience is offered June 12-14, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, at 1PM or 3PM. The seating is limited to 10 guests for each tasting session, in the Siboney Barrel Cellar or Private Tasting Room. Barrels & Bites Ticket Includes:
Your Barrel and Bite ticket includes a complimentary barrel or small bite tasting at each participating Texas Hill Country winery, Friday through Sunday. Plus, the Grand Tasting on Friday Night at Ron Yates. Simply present your digital barcode to be scanned at each location (maximum of 4 per day). Please note that most wineries may require reservations—full details are provided in the participating wineries list.

Tickets are for ONE person, you will receive ONE experience at each participating winery. Couples ticket is for TWO people.

Which wineries are included?
All wineries listed above. You can download a list of participating wineries at the link above or explore the wineries by checking out our Map page with the correct event filter applied.
I am giving this as a gift, can you change the name on the ticket?
The tickets are transferable so it does not matter that your name is on it. When gifting, you can choose to put the receiver's name on the order info and this will put their name on the ticket.
How do I receive my ticket?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase transaction is successful. The confirmation email will contain your ticket. You can either print, save to your phone or take a screenshot of your digital passport barcode to be scanned at each participating winery when you visit.
What time does the event start?
The event starts when individual wineries are open (usually 10-11am) and ends at closing of the wineries (5-6pm). Please check out individual winery hours on the list of participating wineries above or on our map page.
Most Barrels + Bites tasting experiences are by reservation so please check each winery above.
The Grand Tasting is 5-7pm on Friday, June 13.
WHERE DOES THE EVENT START?
There is NO start location - it can start wherever you would like, but keep in mind you can only visit each winery once and only four wineries per day!
What about transportation?
This is a self-guided event so you will use your own transportation or book with a tour company. Please use a designated driver.
Are wine glasses included with the ticket or at each winery?
No, wine glasses are not included. Each winery will have wine glasses for you to use while tasting but are not included to take home. Wine glasses are for sale at each winery if you would like to purchase separately.
Barrels & Bites Terms + Disclosure
- Not all THCW member wineries are participating in this event, only those listed on this page.
- Your Digital Passport Barcode must be presented at each winery to receive tastings and discounts. You will not receive tastings at the wineries without your Digital Tasting Passport Barcode.
- Tickets are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for other THCW event tickets. Tickets are transferable, you may give them away or sell them.
- All sales will include tax and are subject to change.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Some wineries do not allow guests under 21.
- Valid ID is required to taste or purchase wines.
- Pets are not allowed at some wineries, please check with each winery before bringing your pet.
- THCW Event tickets are meant for individual use, not for use in conjunction with a wine tour company who already has tasting prices set with individual Wineries for services rendered.
- Transportation is not provided with your Passport ticket.
- Be safe. Please have a Designated Driver for your trail trips.
