Calling all Texas wine lovers! Hill Country Wine Camp is your exclusive opportunity to spend a weekend immersed in the world of Texas wine. This three-day event is designed for curious consumers who want to go beyond the tasting room and explore the unique story of wine in the Hill Country. 

Campers will learn directly from Texas growers, winemakers, and experts through engaging sessions that cover everything from the challenges and triumphs of growing grapes in Texas, to the winemaking process, the diverse varietals that thrive here, and how to pair them with bold Texas cuisine. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or just starting your Texas wine journey, this camp offers a fun, educational experience in the heart of the Hill Country.   • Friday, July 17th

    Kick off Hill Country Wine Camp with an immersive evening celebrating Spanish-inspired Texas wines. Enjoy a walk-around tasting featuring eight Texas wineries, each pouring Spanish varietals thoughtfully paired with dishes influenced by Spanish cuisine. It’s a relaxed, flavorful introduction to the weekend. Discover new favorites while connecting with the people and stories behind the wines.

  • Saturday, July 18th

    The full camp experience is centered around an exciting day of education, tastings and tours at the Texas Wine landmark, Becker Vineyards.

    Wrap up Hill Country Wine Camp with a relaxed and enriching Sunday morning experience. Enjoy brunch paired with a selection of Texas sparkling wines, highlighting the versatility and elegance of bubbles with a variety of flavors.

    Then dive into an engaging educational session focused on the art and science of wine judging. Learn how wines are evaluated in competitions, what judges look for, and how scoring systems work—giving you a deeper understanding of quality, style, and what sets award-winning wines apart. It’s the perfect finale to the weekend, blending enjoyment with insight you can take with you long after the last glass.
