Attendees will learn directly from Texas growers, winemakers, and culinary experts through engaging sessions that cover everything from the challenges and triumphs of growing grapes in Texas, to the winemaking process, the diverse varietals that thrive here, and how to pair them with bold Texas cuisine. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or just starting your Texas wine journey, this camp offers a fun, educational experience in the heart of the Hill Country.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Texas BBQ Lunch & Wine Pairing Tips

Savor smoky, mouthwatering Texas BBQ while learning the secrets to pairing it perfectly with your favorite Lone Star wines.

12:45 – 1:45 PM – Behind the Curtain Tasting

Go beyond the glass with an insider tasting that reveals how winemakers craft unique flavors from vineyard to bottle.

2:00 – 3:00 PM – Hill Country Varietal Tasting

Explore the diversity of Texas terroir through a guided tasting of a signature Hill Country varietal from 4 different wineries.

3:15 – 4:15 PM – Crafting the Perfect Charcuterie Board with Wine Pairings

Learn how to design an irresistible charcuterie spread and match it with wines that make each bite sing.

4:15 – 5:30 PM – Hill Country Happy Hour
