(If not included in Sponsor Package) At THCW Member Rate $600 – Includes: One exhibitor pass (additional exhibitor $200/each), 6 ft table, lunch both days, and entrance to Symposium Reception for one person.

In 2027, a total of 65 Exhibitor spots will be available. Set up will be in the foyer and hallways as in previous years along with 30 spots in the first ballroom space. All attendees will enter the ballrooms for the trade show and educational sessions from the main hallway and the breakout room off next to the conference center desk.

You will select your Exhibitor spot once you register. You will receive an order form for additional needs including electric which MUST be done before arriving at the Symposium.

Tradeshow Hours:

• Tuesday, January 12 - 8am-2pm
• Wednesday, January 13 - 8am-2pm

Member Exhibitor – $600
Includes 6ft table, WIFI, lunch Tuesday/Wednesday, reception, one exhibitor attendee

Non-member Exhibitor – $1,000
Includes 6ft table, WIFI, lunch Tuesday/Wednesday, reception, two exhibitor attendees

Premium Exhibitor Spot – $200
Approximately 25 premium spots will be available in the foyer and down the hallway to the Main Ballroom doors on a first come, first serve basis.

Additional Exhibitor Pass – $200
Additional Exhibitor passes can be purchased for $200/person (includes lunch both days), only to be used for Exhibitors, not guests or clients of Exhibitor Company

Setup:

• Monday, January 11 – 12pm-5pm
• OR Tuesday, January 13 – 7am
• Check in at Conference Center Registration Desk

Take Down:

• Wednesday any time after 2pm
